If you’re in Vegas and looking for good BBQ, come try this place. Hidden behind the Strip, in the heart of Vegas, is the best Korean BBQ in the area. As soon as you walk through the doors, the wonderful aroma of charred marinated meat will tell you, you’re in the right place.
There is plenty of parking, but if you are a Las Vegas visitor without a car, the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino is just across the street, making it easy to catch a taxi.
The interior is quite authentic with its red walls and wooden window frames. There are both booths and regular tables that fit up to 6 people. The booths are necessarily wide as you have your own personal grill built right into the table!
This is what makes this restaurant such a fun and interactive experience that is a great choice to bring friends to. They bring out the food you select, and you get to cook it yourself on the grill along with the other people at your table. How cool is that?!
My friend and I came here and we decided to order the “Gangnam” set which includes a soup, rice, side dishes, and a variety of meats.
And I have to tell you the selection, quality, and flavor of the meats we grilled were impressive: tender, well seasoned, and fresh. The servings aren’t necessarily huge, but it needn’t be when it’s that good and so reasonably priced that ordering extra isn’t too exorbitant.
The meat was pretty good quality & provided a well balanced meal. The side dishes were yummy too! Besides the tasty meats, the salad was fantastic, and the prices were very reasonable. If you don’t have enough, you can keep adding more items for just a few dollars each.
Overall, Gangnam has to be one of the best BBQ experiences I’ve had in awhile: great food and drink, stylish decor, and somewhere that is a perfect meeting spot for a great group of friends.
It was my first time having Korean BBQ, but it definitely won’t be my last! Looking forward to going back soon!
