Envision this. You’re on Las Vegas Boulevard and you pass by Gold and Silver Pawn Shop, the home of the hugely popular “Pawn Stars” show. And right next to it, at first glance, is the world’s largest Rubik’s Cube. That’s 725 Las Vegas Boulevard South in case you’d like to map it.
I just had to go there and visit this place. What a great idea! The place is really cool and I enjoyed spending a little bit on their balcony looking around and enjoying the nice weather.
I really like the tavern portion of Rick’s Rollin Smoke BBQ & Tavern.
Rick Harrison, the star of “Pawn Stars” and “Pawnography,” both on the History Channel, built this shopping center of sorts using an Xtreme Cubes System built by Xtreme Manufacturing, a company owned by Las Vegan Don Ahern.
The plaza includes shops and a handful of eateries that are sure to draw hungry tourists.
The entire shopping center is made of shipping containers and they have about 16 restaurants and retail shops.
Pawn Plaza tenants include Smoke’s Poutinerie, Rita’s Italian Ice, Rick’s Rollin’ Smoke BBQ & Tavern, Pawn Donut & Coffee, So-Cal Speed Shop and Vegas Flip Flops.
Gold & Silver Pawn is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Las Vegas, and I am sure the Pawn Plaza will be a big draw as well. What a good business idea!
