Tens of thousands of fans packed the grandstands to watch all 267 laps of this race. The race got an exciting ending as Dale Earnhardt Jr. ran out of gas on the last lap allowing Brad Keselowski to make the pass and win the race sweeping the weekend here.
An estimated 125,000 fans actually came to the track here over the weekend from out of town. They were joined by about 25,000 locals.
The Kobalt Tools 400 was an awesome experience and It was one of the best days of my life! I was able to get close to some drivers and I have awesome pictures of a great day! The race was fantastic, perfect weather, a great run event and our tickets were perfect!
The only two things that I didn’t like was the sun burned my face and when leaving this race, we spent one hour in traffic on our way out of the track property and getting back to our house.
The venue was awesome, clean restrooms and Friendly event staff.
