Yumz: gourmet frozen yogurt with ice cream flavor

For very hot Las Vegas summers there is nothing better than a cup of yogurt with fruit.

There are many places in Las Vegas where you can find yogurt, but not many have the gourmet style.

I arrived at Yumz with my friend Marbelis,who is expecting, and we were willing to try something different. We discovered a number of flavors and each had its own unique taste and pizazz.

It is important for my friend to know the health benefits and nutritional information of everything she eats to ensure the health of her baby. She was very pleased to learn that yogurt was a very healthy and beneficial food source.

The place is comfortable, friendly and full of life. The chairs are green with white tables, which provides a feeling of energy while you are enjoying the yogurt of the house.

Yumz is an ice cream flavored frozen yogurt with more than 55 flavors that are fat free, low in calories and full of probiotics. The store features more than 75 toppings such as fruits, nuts, sauces and candy.

We tried all the flavors and finally chose the one we liked and added different toppings. We then sat and spent some time and talked about the flavors.

Depending on the season they change flavors but always keep about 5 of the most popular. Currently they are developing 3 more flavors.

At Yumz I found frozen yogurt in four forms: tart— for the frozen yogurt purist, regular— which tastes like ice cream, no sugar added—for the extra health conscious, and sorbet – for those interested in dairy-free products.

They also offer frozen yogurt catering packages. They have a party room available for birthday parties, team sport parties, business meetings, and other occasions.
Yumz operates in several states including Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Florida, Wisconsin and Nevada.
