I am a big fan of Spanish food, and just love the concept of tapas. I don’t normally order a lot, and with these small plates, it allows me to try a lot of things without having to eat a lot. So when I heard of Pamplona, I was excited to go and give them a try.
The first thing you will notice is the flair of the restaurant. They are definitely doing there best to transport you from Las Vegas to Spain. The night we were there, they had live music, as well as ladies dressed in authentic Spanish costumes walking around the restaurant. It was really great!
Although I love good music and decor, the main reason to visit any restaurant is for the food! If it doesn’t taste good, nothing matters. Fortunately, they more than delivered in that department. From traditional paella, to less traditional fare for more American tastes like octopus, they have something for everyone. unfortunately, I am not too brave, so I stuck with their many types of cheeses, sausages and pork. Everything was absolutely delicious, and I almost wish they were not tapas, but full, meal sized portions!
One thing I really appreciate about Pamplona is that it is almost like going to one of the fabulous restaurants on the strip without all the hassle. It was so easy to get in and out, and you don’t have to worry about paying for parking. You just pull in, park and walk in where you are greeted by a super friendly staff that treats you like family.
I can’t wait to get back and try some of their other food. Perhaps next time I will even try some of their more adventurous offerings! If you love Spanish food as much as I do, this place is an absolute must. You can find out more about them at by visiting their website HERE. Thanks so much to all the staff at Pamplona for making my visit there wonderful and delicious!
