I was invited to celebrate the launch of Urban Turban’s first U.S location here in Las Vegas. It was a full house!
I tasted a traditional Indian menu featuring a variety of Indian classics and I particularly enjoyed speciality drinks.
Located at 3900 Paradise Rd., head Chef, Vijay Deokar and owners Jasmine and Bhushan Arolkar promote a tapas style approach to dishes, encouraging variety and sharing and also offer vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.
Here you will find Bombay bites such as lamb sliders, masala cup corn and gin chicken as well as bottomless curries and a wide range of Indian west coast seafood delicacies like the gunpowder shrimp and more delicious plates.
Urban Turban, the new Bombay-style Indian restaurant in Las Vegas is a 4,450-square-foot bar and restaurant.
At the entrance, you will find “Turbie,” the restaurant’s mascot that was specially imported from India to Las Vegas.
The team are encouraging guests to sit inside for a photograph and share on social media. Flash!
Urban Turban is open 7 days a week from 11 a.m. to midnight and until 2 a.m. on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
