Chef-Owner Daniel Boulud and Chef de Cuisine David Middleton of db Brasserie at The Venetian, have created a limited-edition burger in honor of the award-winning restaurant’s first year anniversary.
The Le Grande Burger lives up to its name with a 100% Angus beef patty delectably topped with braised short rib, foie gras, confit tomato petals, frisée salad and horseradish dijonnaise on a parmesan oregano bun.
The melt-in-your-mouth creation is served alongside French fries and a bubbling glass of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut. The Le Grande Burger combo will be available during lunch and dinner throughout the month of May for $50.

db Brasserie is open 7 days a week beginning at 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. for lunch, dinner and happy hour with a daily late night happy hour in the bar from 10 p.m. to 11 p.m. and weekend brunch from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
