The Cowboy BBQ is a three day BBQ Extravaganza featuring the WORLD’S BEST BBQ Ribs, Pulled Pork, Tri-tip, Sausages, Chicken and more.

The competition is fierce and the flavors rich as National Award Winning Rib Cookers of America and local grillers produced the best that their secret recipes had to offer.

This family friendly event also included live entertainment, souvenir/merchandise vendors, various other food & beverage vendors, carnival rides, midway games and much more.

Rosario Grajales

Rosario Grajales Spanish Speaking Journalist She was born in the Republic of Panama, and hold a bachelor's degree in Journalism from Columbus University, Panama. She started her career at a national TV station in her country, and is a former news anchor/reporter with Univision Las Vegas as well. In her career, she has had the great honor to interview and meet many high profile personalities such as Bernie Sanders, Bill Clinton, Floyd Mayweather, Myke Tyson, Eva Longoria, among other.
